RGA uses a patented system that produces more accurate parts at significantly higher speeds than parts cut with a conventional waterjet. We can cut with incredibly close tolerances with virtually no taper on a wide variety of materials, such as metal, stone, glass, and composites up to 6" thick. RGA uses standards that ensure the safest, highest quality, most reliable hose assemblies. Our employees have taken and passed over 575 NAHAD tests at a cost of approximately $30,000. That’s almost 1/3 of all NAHAD tests passed from all organizations combined as of 2008. We have spent many hours in training and testing to ensure all our locations have the expertise necessary to supply the highest quality assemblies in the market. Our onsite capabilities include belt vulcanizing, lacing, removal of old belt, and installation of new belt. RGA crews are self contained and can supply their own power, air, and water. Our crews are fully insured, bondable, randomly drug tested, and most are OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) and Hazardous Materials Safety (HAZMAT) Certified.
We can hot vulcanize heavy belt up to 72" wide and in most cases up to 4 ply in one cook.
With over 100 years combined experience, installing and splicing hundreds of belts per year, our crews can handle most any situation.
Also, you can rest assured as we carry $5,000,000 in liability insurance.
As an industrial rubber distributor and fabricator, RGA offers products and services which enhance the use of those products. We address applications for the movement or sealing of liquids, gases, chemicals, foods, and bulk materials. Hose, conveyor belt, drive belt, gasket, gasket material, and pump packing are available from all locations. Full sets of support lines create the flexibility to fabricate a broad range of specific systems.
Conveyor belt vulcanization, gasket cutting, mechanical attachment of hose fittings and lacing, metal hose welding, testing, and certification of assemblies all lend credence to our full line capabilities. A variety of services are available to our customers in house as well as on site. Surveys and seminars are conducted to promote education and awareness of industry developments and electronic support is offered to our clientele.
RGA is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All hoses from RGA are fabricated to respective NAHAD Assembly Specification Guidelines (NAHAD 400, 500, 600, & 700). All tubing, gasket material, gaskets, hose, and belting products can be available in the following materials: Kalrez, Gylon, Butyl, SBR, Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, Gum, Viton, and Teflon. Mil-Specs available upon request.
RGA offers many services including all types of belt field work. Whether you need in plant installation, systems analysis, belt rewinding, product application seminars, vulcanizing, product presentations, lacing, product/installation seminars, belt repair, or surveys for hose, conveyor, and gaskets, we have got you covered.
We also offer vendor managed inventory, hydraulic crimper placement, and conveyor system maintenance programs. Electronic ordering and consignment are available if certain requirements are met.
